Activities Activity 1 [Tobogganing]: Children enjoy two toboggan rides with priority queuing. Duration 30 minutes. Activity 2 [Tube Session]: Children have a supervised tube session on the nursery slope. Duration 30 minutes. |

Pick-up Time The party will last approximately two hours in total. Parents are advised to pick up their children two hours after arrival time unless told otherwise. Note: Due to the nature of outdoor activities, the timings may vary slightly. |
Arrival

30 minutes: Children enjoy two toboggan rides with priority queuing.
Activity 2: Tube Session
30 minutes: Children have a supervised tube session on the nursery slope.
Meal

Duration & Pick-up Times
The party will last approximately two hours in total. Parents are advised to pick up their children 2 hours after arrival time unless told otherwise.

Tubing & Tobogganing
Children (4-11 Years) – £22.00 per person.
Teenagers (12-16 Years) – £24.00 per person.
- 2 Rides on our toboggan with a priority queue.
- 30 minutes private Sno-Tubing with one of our supervisors.
- Ages 4 – 7 must ride with an adult controlling the toboggan. 8yrs+ must ride alone.
- A hot meal and dessert.
- Minimum of 8 participants during weekends.
- Minimum of 6 participants on weekdays.
- Maximum of 12 people during weekends.
- £30.00 Deposit Required on Booking
Skiing
Children (4-11 Years) – £23.50 per person.
Teenagers (12-16 Years) – £26.50 per person.
- 1 hour ski lesson with a trained instructor
- A hot meal and dessert
- Minimum of 8 participants during weekends
- Minimum of 6 participants on weekdays
- Maximum of 12 participants on weekdays
- £30.00 deposit required on booking
- Arms and legs must be covered and must have gloves
Snowboarding
Children (9-12 Years) – £23.50 per person
Teenagers (13-16 Years) – £26.50 per person
- 1 hour snowboard lesson with a trained instructor
- A hot meal and dessert
- Minimum of 8 participants during weekends
- Minimum of 6 participants on weekdays
- Maximum of 12 participants on weekdays
- £30.00 deposit required on booking
- Arms and legs must be covered and must have gloves
Terms & Conditions
Toboggan Run
Children must be 4 Years+ to ride our Toboggan Run. Children 4 – 7 Years, must ride with an adult and 8 years+ must ride alone.
Sno-Tubing
Suitable footwear i.e. trainers are to be worn by everyone taking part. No open-toed shoes, something with a good grip is recommended. Your 30 min session includes time to enter and leave the slope area.
Skiing and Snowboarding
Long sleeves, trousers and gloves are to be worn by all participants. We will provide all equipment required including safety helmet. Group leaders will need to sign a caution form to indicate that the participants are under instruction and the associated risks of snowsports.
Allergen Info
Please let us know if any of your guests have allergies, so we may advise accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
All birthday party deposits are non – refundable. We ask that you pay for the balance of the party on the day of the party. You only need to pay for the amount that turn up, within our minimum numbers (Eight children). We do not cancel due to the weather unless we deem it is unsafe to operate. We are an outdoor facility so subject to the prevailing weather conditions.
